LifeLine Pretoria has four offices that offer counselling services, in Val de Grace, Mamelodi, Queenswood and Soshanguve. These services are available to anyone, without cost.
The Mamelodi offices opened in April 2008, in partnership with the University of Pretoria’s Mamelodi Campus. The offices are in the Education Block, next door to the Itsoseng Clinic, on the Mamelodi Campus of the University of Pretoria. Phone: 012-842-3726; 072-592-2858.
The Soshanguve service point is located at the NAFCOC shopping centre, Block F, in Buitenkant St. Phone 076-644-8644.
The Queenswood offices are in the Adami Centre, on the corner of Wren Ave and Woodlands Drive in Queenswood. Phone 012-804-1853 to make an appointment with a counsellor at this centre.

Lifeline provides counselling on a range of problems including:

- Relationship issues
- Bereavement and grief

- Tuesdays and Thursdays between 9:00 and 15:00.

- Sat 10:00 – 15:00;
- Sun 9:00 – 11:00

Counsellors who are skilled in the art of listening provide this service. They are committed to giving emotional support either telephonically or in face-to-face sessions.The majority of these counsellors have come to LifeLine through the growth course and then a strict selection process, ongoing training, supervision and debriefing.
